Rich Cronin

Rich Cronin, lead singer of the 1990's boy band LFO died at the age of 35. He started the band named LFO and was best known hit, "Summer Girls" for which he wrote the lyrics. But sadly, their band split in 2002.

He was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia in 2005. Initial treatment was successful and in January of 2006 he went into remission. He developed his own foundation called the Rich Cronin Hope Foundation and his goal was raising the awareness of the disease as well as hoping to promote blood donation and encourage people to donate bone marrow.

He suffered for so long,he believed that he had beaten the disease, but his remission was short lived, and so was he. its so sad to think that we was so young when he died, he was such a great man. Everyone of his fans are in grief right now including me. Rest in peace Rich Cronin.

Condolences to all the people who loved him.
